Prechter’s Perspective observed that in every field, “women gain dominance in negative-mood periods, and depending on how the top is formed, the trend can begin a bit before or a bit after the price peak registered on the New York Stock Exchange.” In the meantime, it appears the stage is being set for major advancements by women when a shift to negative mood occurs.
