Ebola returns. The World Health Organization deployed emergency teams and 4,000 doses of an experimental vaccine to the Democratic Republic of Congo where 19 have died and 39 are believed to be infected. The isolated location and terrain of ground zero is a logistical headache for aid workers. It’s the nation’s ninth outbreak since 1976.

In 2014, several West Africa countries experienced the largest ever outbreak of the deadly virus.
