A World Health Organization report says the number of cases for the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS) is increasing. According to the Saudi Gazette, “The latest developments boost Saudi Arabia’s MERS totals to 1,223 cases, 520 of them fatal [since 2012].”
