President Obama said last week that he would “respond proportionately” to the allegation that North Korean hackers cracked Sony’s database and released gigabytes of confidential information. Now Bloomberg reports that all four of North Korea’s internet providers are offline. A researcher of Internet analysis said, “Usually they are up solid. This is not like anything I’ve seen before.”
