Casino Royale and Skyfall blasted to the top of the box office when they premiered in 2006 and 2012, respectively. Daniel Craig, the latest Bond, is “a seemingly much more damaged individual” compared to previous Bond flicks. In fact, Craig places the blame squarely on the 1997 goofy comedy Austin Powers. Craig remarks, “We had to destroy the myth [and Powers made it] impossible to do the gags.”
