House Republicans have unveiled a measure that would provide a path to citizenship for the 12 million undocumented immigrants living in America. Of course, advocates on one end say the measures don’t go far enough in addressing the immigration issue, and those on the other end say that these measures go too far. Political wonks are discussing how the measure could shore up some Latino votes for the GOP, while also noting the effort might well alienate conservative bases.
