Amazon’s $13 billion purchase of Whole Foods Market — the country’s sixth largest grocery store — has raised lots of questions, such as “Is the online behemoth stifling competition?”

On the campaign trail, then-candidate Trump claimed that Amazon has “a huge antitrust problem.”

A hedge fund manager recently said “discussions and due diligence [are] being considered in the legislative chambers in Washington DC with regard to possible antitrust opposition to Amazon’s business practices.”
